Sessions take place on The Heath. Next to the All Saints Church and opposite the Clarendon Hotel.
Session times at: 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am and 9:30am
Monday is HIIT day! Start the week on a positive note. These sessions are based on the TABATA protocol. 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds rest for 50-60 rounds. A great session to get you back on track.
The mid-week special is the metabolic conditioning workout. Designed to challenge the two major energy systems in the body. This session includes a mixture of exercises using battle ropes, kettle bells, sand bags and medicine balls. Working on 30 seconds on each exercise for 40-50 rounds.
Friday brings you our signature Total Body Blitz workout. 50 seconds on each exercises for a total of 30 rounds. This session will definitely challenge your endurance and stamina. A full body workout which includes a mixture of cardio, plyometrics, weights and bodyweight exercises.
