I believe in eating a higher fat meal in the morning as it has been demonstrated that your first meal of the day will trigger your metabolism for that macronutrient. So, a high fat breakfast will programme your body to metabolise fat more efficiently throughout the day as opposed to carbohydrates. Winner!

-3 whole eggs scrambled in coconut oil

– 5 spears of asparagus, partially boiled then grilled

– 2 rashes of bacon, grilled

– grounded pepper

TOTAL: 310 Calories

FATS: 22g

PROTEIN: 24g

CARBOHYDRATES: 6g

SUGARS: 2g
