Only a two minute walk away from Blackheath station.

Find us next to the All Saints church, opposite the Clarendon hotel.

Free parking next to the church is available from 6am – 9am. After 9am there is a pay & display option.

Session Days and Times 



Our Monday sessions are the perfect start to the week with calorie busting HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts. Usually with 20 or 30 seconds of intense work per exercise and 10 seconds of rest. This session is the perfect way to bring yourself back on track if you’ve had a indulgent weekend. 



Wednesday sessions are our mid week special Metabolic Conditioning workouts. With 30 or 40 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest, these workouts include the use of a range of equipment including battle ropes, medicine balls and kettlebells. With the addition of this type of equipment, the Metabolic Conditioning workouts are designed to tone and sculpt your body. 



The end of the week brings you our signature Total Body Blitz session. Total Body Blitz is 40 or 50 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds of rest and will see you into the weekend having burnt the maximum amount of calories as possible. A real full body workout including cardio exercises like shuttle runs and frog jumps combined with equipment based exercises, this well balanced workout is an OSR favourite. 


We train at these times on all three days:
  • 6:30am 
  • 7:30am  
  • 8:30am 
  • 9:30am
